Thundermist of South County
In 2001, Thundermist and the Health Center of South County merged -- since that time the site has seen tremendous growth. Thundermist Health Center of South County serves medical and dental patients, but also has an expanded set of services that include Quick Care (Thundermist's new Walk-In Treatment Center), WIC, behavioral health counseling, pharmacy assistance, and social services.

Directions to Thundermist Health Center of South County:
- I-95 to Exit 9 (RI Rte. 4) South
- Stay on Rte. 4, which brings you to Rte. 1 South
- Take the Wakefield exit off Rte. 1
- Turn right onto Old Tower Hill Road, go through 3 sets of lights
- At the second set of lights the road becomes Main Street
- Stay on Main Street and take a right at South County Motors, which is River Street
- Health Center is located on the right at 1 River Street
