Thundermist’s state-of-the-art primary care center at 450 Clinton Street opened in 2005 and provides our 18,000 patients in Northern Rhode Island with a comprehensive, patient-centered medical home. Services are available to people of all ages, income level and insurance status. New patients are welcome!

Directions to 450 Clinton Street
- Take Rte. 146 to Rte. 99N
- Take a left at the end of Rte. 99 onto Mendon Road
- Continue straight onto Cumberland Hill Road
- Follow for approximately 2 miles and you will see a Walgreens on your left-hand side. Take the next left onto Social Street.
- Take your first left onto John Cummings Way
- Second right is the Thundermist parking lot.
