Thundermist’s new, state-of-the-art primary care center at 450 Clinton Street opened in 2005 and improved our ability to provide efficient, high quality care to our patients. Now, over 14,000 patients in Northern Rhode Island obtain their medical and behavioral health care in our new 26,000 square foot health center, which offers them beauty and comfort along with the clinical quality and efficiency which they have come to expect from Thundermist.
Thundermist’s new medical building at 450 Clinton Street incorporates the latest technology to welcome patients with a most efficient and effective design, reducing waiting time and unnecessary delays. This year, we will be adding new technological advances, including an electronic medical record, to greatly increase our ability to provide quality care to our patients.
Patients receive care in Pediatrics, Women's Health, Adult Medicine, Social Services, Mental Health, and Pharmacy.

Directions to 450 Clinton Street from North or South:
- Take Rte. 146 to Rte. 99N
- Take a left at the end of Rte. 99 onto Mendon Road
- Continue straight onto Cumberland Hill Road
- Follow for approximately 2 miles and you will see a Walgreens on your left-hand side. Take the next left onto Social Street.
- Take your first left onto John Cummings Way
- Second right is the Thundermist parking lot.

Thundermist's Dental Department and WIC (Women, Infant and Children's) Program are located on the 9th floor of the 191 Social Street building.
Dentists and hygienists provide comprehensive dental care to children and adults. As with our medical care, no one is denied care if they are uninsured; we offer a sliding fee scale to our patients with no insurance.

Thundermist runs a WIC (Women, Infant and Children's) Program which provides nutrition counseling and supplemental food to pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as to children up to 5 years of age. WIC is open the same hours as the medical department.
Directions to 191 Social Street from North or South:
- Take Rte. 146 to Rte. 99N
- Take a left at the end of Rte. 99 onto Mendon Road
