Thundermist - South County
It has been five years since Thundermist and the Health Center of South County merged and the site has seen tremendous growth. Thundermist Health Center of South County now serves more medical and dental patients and has an expanded set of services that includes medical and dental care, behavioral health, pharmacy assistance, and social services.Hours of Operation:

FROM NORTH
- I-95 South to
- Exit 9 (RI Rte. 4) South
- Stay on Rte 4, which brings you to Rte. 1 South
- Take the Wakefield exit off Rte. 1
- Turn right onto Old Tower Hill Road through 3 sets of lights
- At the second set of lights the road becomes Main Street
- Stay on Main Street and take a right at South County Motors, which is River Street
- Health Center is located on the right at 1 River Street
