Thundermist Health Center of West Warwick celebrated its fourth year in the community in March 2008. The health center has already made an enormous impact on the lives of the 4,000 patients who use the center. In fact, the health center is bursting at the seams; we have already expanded the health center once and are looking at further expansion.

Directions to Thundermist Health Center of West Warwick:
- From either the north or the south take Route 95- Get off at the RI Mall exit: which is RT113 WEST. Go by the mall (on your right) and CCRI (on your left).
- Go straight through the light (across Route 2) and CONTINUE straight on 113.
- At the first intersection (with St. Joseph's Church ahead on the right and CVS ahead on the left) take a left onto Providence St.
- Follow the signs for Arctic Village and Route 33 for a few miles. You will eventually come to a light at Main Street and the road will end. Bear left at the light onto Main Street (one way street).
- Health center is located on right.Building has blue awnings. Parking is available behind building.
