Samual Limiadi

Mr. Samuel Limiadi has worked for Thundermist Health Center since 1980.  He initially served as a Senior Accountant, and in 1984 he was named the Vice President of Finance/C.F.O. of the organization.  His duties include the development and monitoring of the corporation’s annual budget, business plan, and cash flow forecasting needs.  He establishes and maintains Thundermist’s internal control systems as well as its compliance in the area of contractual requirements with grantors, and state and federal regulations OMB – 133A. Mr. Limiadi help successfully obtained $ 6.5 millions Tax Exempt Bond financing for Thundermist state of the art building. Mr. Limiadi also participates in the preparation of Thundermist’s long- and short-range strategic plan with the CEO and the Board of Directors.

Mr. Limiadi received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Providence College.  He has served on many professional and community boards, including Providence Preservation Society, NHPRI, Providence Review Commission, Providence Center, The Elmwood Foundation, Leadership Rhode Island, Rhode Island Hospital Community Bank, Elmwood Community Center, and Cranston Academy.
