Patients who have been treated at Thundermist Health Center or Thundermist Health Center Convenient Care locations in Woonsocket, West Warwick, or South County are randomly chosen to complete the patient experience survey. Surveys are sent by text message and/or email and provides the opportunity for the patient to provide feedback about their recent visit.

The patient experience survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.

The survey asks our patients to measure various aspects of their appointment including questions about staff, moving through your visit and accessibility.

Our patient experience team uses the results to identify ways to improve upon our services and patient experience. We take all feedback seriously and consider YOUR voice when we make decisions that impact our organization. Survey ratings and patient comments are also shared on this website to help patients make more informed decisions when choosing a health care provider.
