Please note: We are unable to meet the demand for primary care at our Woonsocket location and are temporarily unable to accept new patients in Woonsocket.
We recognize Thundermist serves as a safety net for our community and many patients have nowhere else to turn. We will accept new patients for people who are in at least one of the following categories:
• All children up to age 17
• People living with HIV
• People who are trans, non-binary, and/or gender-diverse
• Pregnant people
• People needing medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorder as part of comprehensive primary care
• Patients needing PrEP or PEP

Thundermist’s health center in Woonsocket is located at 450 Clinton Street and is a comprehensive, patient-centered medical home. Services are available to people of all ages, income level, and insurance status. We offer a sliding fee discount program for those who are eligible.

Step 1: Take Rte. 146 to Rte. 99N
Step 2: Take a left at the end of Rte. 99 onto Mendon Road
Step 3: Continue straight onto Cumberland Hill Road
Step 4: Follow for approximately 2 miles and you will see a Walgreens on your left-hand side. Take the next left onto Social Street.
Step 5: Take your first left onto John Cummings Way
Step 6: Second right is the Thundermist parking lot
