To uphold these high standards, we need to know what YOUR experience is! We want to learn what is important to our patients and how we can improve health care experiences. In 2021, Thundermist began measuring the patient experience by partnering with Press Ganey to deliver patient experience surveys. Press Ganey has been a recognized leader in health care patient satisfaction for more than 25 years. They work with more than 10,000 health care organizations across the country. The patient experience survey results give us an in-depth look at how our patients see us.
