Step 1: I-95 S to the RI Mall Exit, Rt 113 West
Step 2: Go by the mall (on your right) and CCRI (on your left)
Step 3: Go straight through the light (across Route 2) and CONTINUE straight on 113
Step 4: At the first intersection (with St. Joseph’s Church ahead on the right and CVS ahead on the left)
Step 5: Take a left onto Providence St
Step 6: Follow road to 186 Providence Street for Thundermist Health Center at The Cotton Shed
Step 7: Parking and patient entrance is in the back of the building.

Step 2: Keep left onto I-295 N toward Woonsocket
Step 3: Take exit #1 RI-113 W – West Warwick onto East Ave (RI-113)
Step 4: Turn left onto Bald Hill Rd (RI-2 S)
Step 5: Turn right onto Toll Gate Rd (RI-115)
Step 6: 186 Providence St is on the right
Step 7: Parking and patient entrance is in the back of the building
