Tap into your creative side during this relaxing, politically engaged art-making session led by crafty queer MJ Robinson. This week, we’ll make a series of Soundsuit collages inspired by the work of sculptor, installation, and performance artist Nick Cave.

You will need:

• 3 sheets of paper at least 8.5 x 11″ (any type!)
• A marker (pen or pencil are also ok)
• Glue (a hot glue gun with hot glue may be helpful if you plan to use 3D collage materials)
• A small pile of scrap materials with colors and textures that appeal to you (old magazines, junk mail or other colorful papers, bits of string and yarn, fabric scraps, beads, pasta, wire, dryer lint, pet fur, glitter, sequins, shells, small bits of recycled plastic)
