Join us for a Family Health Fair on Thursday, July 22, 4 to 7 p.m. at Thundermist of West Warwick, 186 Providence St.
There will be health resources for the entire family, including:
Food bags
COVID-19 vaccine (ages 12 and up)
Schedule appointments for physicals
WIC enrollment
Health Insurance enrollment
Schedule dental appointments
COVID-19 protection kits
Naloxone distribution
Free to all while supplies last.
