Black History Month Totes by ThunderBlack
ThunderBlack Affinity Group was established in June of 2020 after the tragic events around the murder of George Floyd. ThunderBlack’s mission is to empower and promote the ontology of Blackness by unpacking lived experiences and bringing a voice to the Black community.
In honor of Black History Month, ThunderBlack tote bags are available for sale via Thundermist’s donate page.
Totes are $23 each. By purchasing a ThunderBlack tote, you will help high school students in one of our underserved communities by providing them back to school supplies. It is our hope that these gifts will assist with future endeavors and help them to build a firm foundation for the future. ThunderBlack, with the help of the Woonsocket Health Equity Zone and West Warwick Health Equity Zone steering committees, will select the students for this scholarship.
Totes will take 2 to 4 weeks to ship and will be delivered directly to your Thundermist site admin. Purchases are only available to Thundermist employees. If you have family or friends who want a tote, you can purchase for them and they will be delivered to your site. If you have any questions or concerns, please email TraceyR@ThundermistHealth.org.
